Oshtemo Township Hall

Oshtemo Township leadership had the goal to relocating from the existing outgrown office into a new appropriately sized facility that would also allow for future growth. The Township also wished to have more windows that invited openness to the public and combined public parking in one area that allowed mutual access to both offices, Township or Fire Department.

Schley Nelson was able to provide an efficient cost solution to the Township with a project outcome that included an addition with a glass connector and tower element for clear public entry between the two building elements.
